Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026 · PentrAIntelligence Ltd
This is a working draft. It accurately describes what the website does today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a data protection adviser and does not yet cover the Equalaizr product itself — only this website and the beta waitlist. Have it reviewed before launch.
Who we are
This website is operated by PentrAIntelligence Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at sukh.virk@equalaizr.com.
What this page covers
This notice covers the Equalaizr marketing website and the beta waitlist. It does not cover the Equalaizr application itself, which is not yet publicly available. A separate notice will cover the handling of case documents before anyone uploads one.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address — because you typed it into the waitlist form. We use it for one purpose: to contact you when a beta place opens up.
- The case type you selected — optional. It tells us which kinds of case to open up next.
- Your IP address — held briefly and in memory only, to limit how many times the waitlist form can be submitted from one place. It is not stored to disk and is not linked to your email.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking on this website. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.
Who we share it with
Your waitlist submission is delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, acting as a processor on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until the beta ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. If you are not offered a place, we delete your details once the beta closes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
