Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026 · PentrAIntelligence Ltd
This is a working draft. It covers this website and the beta waitlist only. Terms for the Equalaizr application itself must be drafted and reviewed by a solicitor before anyone uploads a document.
Equalaizr is not a law firm
Equalaizr is a software platform operated by PentrAIntelligence Ltd. It does not provide legal advice, it does not act for you, and it is not a substitute for a solicitor. PentrAIntelligence Ltd is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. For advice on your specific matter, consult a qualified solicitor.
What Equalaizr does
Equalaizr reads documents you give it, organises them, and sets out what they contain and what your options may be. Every fact it produces is linked to the document it came from, and facts are graded so you can see how strongly your documents support them. Nothing enters your case file without your confirmation.
What you are responsible for
- Checking the output before you rely on it or file anything.
- Meeting your own deadlines. Equalaizr does not manage them for you.
- Only uploading documents you are entitled to hold and use.
- Taking professional advice where the product tells you to.
The beta
Equalaizr is in public beta. Places are limited, features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be interrupted. Features that may become paid later are labelled “Included free during beta”. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place.
Accuracy
Equalaizr works only from the documents you provide. It will not state a conclusion more strongly than those documents support, and it labels anything it has inferred rather than read directly. It can still be wrong, which is why you confirm every fact. Do not rely on the output without checking it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PentrAIntelligence Ltd is not liable for the outcome of any case, claim or proceedings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
